Libra Temple Pt 2
When you get back to the Libra temple use the teleporter. When you arrive at your destination Phoebe will find that the Wakewater has dried up.
Go up one screen and you'll meet up with the old man again. He gives the last of the Wakewater to Phoebe.
After talking with the old man go open the box for 3 Cure Potions. Then head back to Aquaria.
